Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your Grip It Rip It Gear products. However, because many of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

We only accept returns or replacements for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received


Print-on-Demand Policy

All products are made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this:

  • ❌ We do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference

  • ❌ We do not offer refunds for ordering the wrong product

  • ✅ We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect


Refunds & Replacements

If your item is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

If approved:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost

  • In some cases, a refund may be issued to your original payment method


Return Shipping

  • You may be required to return the item before a replacement is issued

  • If the issue is our fault, we will cover return shipping

  • Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility


How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at:

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
