Returns
We want you to love your Grip It Rip It Gear products. However, because many of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
We only accept returns or replacements for:

Incorrect items received
Print-on-Demand Policy
All products are made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this:

❌ We do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference

❌ We do not offer refunds for ordering the wrong product

✅ We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
Refunds & Replacements
If your item is defective or damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and photos of the issue
If approved:

We will send a replacement at no cost

In some cases, a refund may be issued to your original payment method
Return Shipping

You may be required to return the item before a replacement is issued

If the issue is our fault, we will cover return shipping

Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
